Trail goes down the hill upto Neel-Ganga river which is coming down from Bedni Bugyal. Treacherous uphill trek through dense forest starts after crossing the Neel-Ganga. Walking through Chir Pine and Rhododendron forest listening to the sound of chirping of birds, rustling of leaves and gurgling of narrow streams, brings one closer to nature.
The Ali Bedni Bugyal meadows have an elevation of around 11686 feet from the ground. This alpine meadow lies along the Northern edge of Almora, Nainital, Gwaldam, and Kausani hill stations. The Mt. Trishul standing tall and firm against the clear blue skies makes a picture-perfect backdrop.
The best part of this scenic vista is the great panoramic views the surrounding valleys and mountains offer.
