Day 01: Dehradun to Village Wan/Lohajung
Arrive at Dehradun to get transferred to Lohajung or Village Wan at 06:30 AM. It will take around 10 to 11 hours.
Day 02: Village Wan to Bedni Bugyal via Ghaeroli patal (12KM, 7 – 8 hrs)
After a starting from Village Wan , you will go to Bedni Bugyal, the starting point of the trek. Climb the steep trail to cover the oak and rhododendron forests. 5-6 hours will be needed to reach the top and witness the beauty of the bridge over Neel Ganga during the trek.
A green meadow beautified by varieties of flowers is the main attraction in Bedni Bugyal.Have dinner and stay overnight in your tents.
Day 03: Bedni Bugyal to Baghuabasa (12 kms, 6 – 7 hrs)
Behold the unbeatable beauty of a wide range of snow capped Himalayan peaks such as Nandaghungti, Trishul, Chaukhamba, kedardome and Nilkantha.
The trail has a lot of swings. but you can easily reach Pathar Nachauni is a short climb away. It is at the foot of the hill the Kalu Vinayak Temple is located. Bhagwabhasa is 2 km from Ghora Lotani. Reach the spot after covering an easy, gradual descend. Reach Bhagwabhasa where you will stay tonight.
Day 04: Baghuabasa – Roopkund- Junairagali Pass – Sheela Samudra (12 Kms)
Begin climbing to Roopkund that takes three hours to complete; the climb is steady but the last stretch is a good steep climb for an hour. You will cross Junargali afterwards which needs much more energy since you have to walk up against a steep wall of hard snow.Use the ropes and ice axes to ensure safety and after the hard work of 30 minutes, you will reach the top of the pass. Enjoy the magnificent view from 5150 meters above and from there start descending to Sheela Samudra; in the beginning it is a sharp descend. 2 hours of descend brings you to to your campsite where you can enjoy the glimpse of Mt. Trishul.
Day 05: Sheela Samudra to Dodang (8km, 5 hrs)
The route of today’s journey will cover Nandakini river, and then gradual climb will be slippery at some point. The campsite is marked by a huge boulder forming a cave
Day 06:- Dodang- Homekund- Ronti Saddle – Dodang (10 km, 5 – 6 hrs)
Start early today and climb through some sharp ridges to reach Homkund.Continue from there to conquer another set of steep snowy trails to reach Ronti Saddle. The initial scrambles and walk over the boulders for some 2 kilometers and then the zig zags through the snow field will take 2 hour steep and strenuous climb from Homkund to reach Ronti Saddle.
Ronti Peaks 1, 2, Trishul 1, 2, 3, Nanda Ghungti, Dronagiri will be seen from this point and they look beyond just amazing. Later, start descending the same route and it takes couple of hours to reach Do Dang from here.
Day 07: Dodang – Chandaniya Ghat– Lata khopri (16 km, 6 hrs)
Today, you will do a river crossing as well.
It is easy to reach the campsite at Lata Khopri once you are done with the river crossing. Its a beautiful campsite amidst the deep jungle, stay overnight there.
Day 08: -Lata Khopri to Village Sutol or VillageWan (12 kms, 4 to 6 hrs)
The descend down to Sutol will take you through the lush green forests.
Sutol is a beautiful village with a temple, shops and a few houses. It will be a hard trek after which you will get to see some locals, house, rivers, bridges age, temples, domestic animals and indulge in conversations with the locals.
Day 09: -Lata Khopri to Village Sutol or VillageWan (12 kms, 4 to 6 hrs)
Today, You can stay at Village Wan to Explore Local or Leave.
In the morning after breakfast, get a drive to Haridwar via the sacred river confluences at Devprayag, Rudraprayag and Karnprayag. Upon arrival at Haridwar/Dehradun , your tour ends.
